To remove a profile

1. Open Speech in Control Panel.
2. On the Speech Recognition tab, select the profile you want to delete from the Recognition Profiles list box. This highlights the profile and selects it; Delete becomes available.
3. Click Delete.
4. Verify the action with Yes or No.
5. Click OK or Apply to remove, otherwise click Cancel.

Notes

• An engine must have at least one profile associated with it. The last existing profile may not be deleted.
• To open a Control Panel item, click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click the appropriate icon.
